A backpack! The bus! A new school! Homework! It’s all so exciting for Aidan. First grade has been all about new stuff.

We are so happy that Aidan was assigned to the Condon School in South Boston. We wanted Aidan to have the opportunity to go to school in our community and make friends in the neighborhood. We wanted him in a school that represented all we love about living in the city- diversity, community partnerships and opportunities to take advantage of all Boston has to offer.

Aidan has a great teacher and classmates. We have learned there are a lot of people we know who are part of the school community- teachers, school staff, and parents.

Academically Aidan is doing great. He continues to amaze us with his problem solving skills and his natural interests in math, the sciences and art.

This year Aidan will continue swimming (at the Condon) and Karate in Newton and will also be participating in a winter musical and taking violin lessons!
