The lines at the supermarket were long tonight. Brendan was entertaining himself with the magazines- this one in particular. He shared all his fun facts about the movie, musical, live show and his dream casting.

I noticed the man behind us- likely in his late 20’s/early 30’s- was enjoying “Brendan being Brendan.” I also noticed he had a basket with a far smaller order. I told him he could go ahead of us, he said thanks and I went back to my conversation with Brendan.

When the man finished paying for his order he turned to Brendan and handed him the magazine and said he hoped he enjoyed it and to have a good night.

A small random act of kindness- a needed bright spot this week. Always be kind.
