Aidan’s Summer

Last summer Aidan participated in the Summer Leadership Internship Program. He really enjoyed in and participated again this summer.

His internship was very different this summer. This year he worked at American Provisions, a local store. He sticked items and did some work around the store. He also learned how to make an amazing grilled cheese!

Cape Escape ’18

For several years now, we have ended our summer with a trip to the Cape Codder. The kids love this tradition. This year we enjoyed time in the water park, visiting the inflatable park and going once again to Water Wiz.

I’m not sure how many more years they will want to go with us, but seeing how much they have grown every year (and now making their own s’mores), is a reminder of all our summer fun and traditions we have created.

Aladdin (again)

Since Brendan was participating in Richard III, he missed out on Studio 3 at Boston Children’s Theatre. The idea of missing a summer at BCT did not sit well with Brendan. So he asked if he could participate in Studio 2- the two week program from kids ages 8-12 years old.

Like all theater that he does, it does not matter how big or small the stage and production or how new or experienced the cast, it’s all performing for him.

The show was Aladdin – again. He did Studio 2 Aladdin at BCT a few summers ago and was Abu. He did the show at the Condon and was Aladdin. He did the show at 4th Church and was Aladdin.

This time was different – he was Jasmine. And boy did he enjoy that!
