When Brendan was working on his Audra McDonald project, he learned that she and many other people in the theater world and beyond, support the No H8 campaign. He was really interested in the anti-bullying message and the way the photographs of people show their support as well. The No H8 Campaign came to Boston and we joined with many others by having our pictures taken too!
When Chris and I got married, Chris chose our wedding song- The Luckiest by Ben Folds. I’ve always loved the line, “I’ve love you more than I have ever found a way to say to you…and I know that I am the luckiest.” So hearing he was coming to town- and playing with the Boston Pops- we go tickets.
But sometimes things come up and plans change. I wasn’t able to go but I was very happy that Aidan had a great time with Chris (and looked really old in this picture they sent me.
It’s been almost two years since our last big adventure- and we’ve finally decided on our next one- Italy.
We’re going to travel Christmas night and spend time in a few different cities- with a trip to the village my grandmother was born.
Looking forward to exploring and enjoying time together- what better way to begin a new year!
