What a sassy little 2 1/2 year old! Here is some overheard (and conversations directed to us) Brendan sassiness.
Chris ordered a ginger ale. Brendan asked if he could have some. Chris said no, he had his own drink. Brendan- “Daddy you need to share. Lets talk about sharing. You need to share Brendan.”
Waking up from a nap-
“Oh my, look at this! My penis is upside down!”
(then shoves his hands in his diaper and presumably adjusted himself).
He asked me to take his sneakers off, I said no. He walked over to my dad very cutely and said,
“Then I will ask Grandpa, he will help me. Grandpa, I love you. Will you please help me take my shoes off?”
And my dad falls for the sweetness.
And my favorite when you ask him to do something-
“Um, no thank you”
